How to Delete Your Account Data in Timelines

We understand that managing your data is important. Follow these simple steps to request the deletion of your account data:

1. Open the Main Page of the App

Navigate to the main page of the app after logging in.

2. Go to Profile page

Tap on the User Icon located at the top of the page to open the menu.
In the menu, select the Profile option. This will take you to your profile page.

3. Select "Delete Account Data"

Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page until you see Advanced Settings. In the Advanced Settings, tap on Delete Account Data.

4. Confirmation

Once you submit the request, our team will process your data deletion request. Your account data will be completely deleted within one business day.
